AMMON — A traffic accident disrupted lunch hour traffic on Sunnyside Road on Wednesday, Feb. 24.
Idaho Falls Fire Department and local law enforcement responded to the accident just after 1 p.m.
The two-vehicle crash east of of Hitt Road sent one person to Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center, and others were treated for minor injuries. Idaho Falls Battalion Chief Lance Johnson told EastIdahoNews.com none of the injuries were life-threatening.
Witnesses said airbags were deployed.
It is unknown at this time if anyone was cited for the accident.
