CHUBBUCK — The Chubbuck Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing 5-year-old.
Emma Hayball was last seen in the area of 4800 Pleasant View Road approximately 2 hours ago.
She is wearing a pink or red bathing suit with shoulder length hair.
