IDAHO FALLS– A homeless man is in jail after he allegedly bit a fight fighter and a nurse.
Police arrested 26-year-old Colton F. Croshaw on Aug. 7 for five counts of felony battery on certain personnel. He was also booked for one count of felony battery against a heath care provider and misdemeanor assault.
Croshaw had been transported by ambulance from Miss Kim’s, 300 South Yellowstone, around 1 a.m. after he passed out at the bar, according to an Idaho Falls police news release.
Officers were called to Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center after staff reported Croshaw bit a firefighter and a nurse. Police say he also attempted to strike four other firefighters and an emergency room doctor.
Croshaw is being held at the Bonneville County Jail on a $25,000 bond. His preliminary hearing is scheduled for Aug. 19.
