IDAHO FALLS — Police arrested 29‐year‐old Joseph L. Harris for domestic battery and attempted strangulation following an incident Saturday night.
According to police, officers responded to the 500 block of Tiger Avenue for a report of a domestic in progress around 5:12 p.m.
Upon arrival, officers met with Harris and a 27‐year‐old woman. The woman stated during an argument, Harris slapped her face and choked her.
Harris of Idaho Falls was booked into the Bonneville County Jail.
