The Bureau of Land Management reports the fire is under control and around four acres were burned.

POCATELLO — A large brush fire has been reported along I-15 near the Portneuf exit in Pocatello.
Several witnesses say “huge flames” are right next to the interstate and the fire is threatening some buildings.
Four engines with the Pocatello Fire Department and Chubbuck Fire Department brush trucks are responding to the scene. Bureau of Land Management Idaho tells us they also have crews assisting.
Drivers are asked to use caution in the area.
