BLACKFOOT — The Bingham County Sheriff’s Office responded to a fatal one-vehicle rollover on Highway 26 at 1500 W.
There were four passengers in a 2004 Hyundai SUV when officers arrived, according to police reports.
The driver, Marina Bartell, was westbound on Highway 26 when she drifted off the right side of the roadway, then over-corrected and rolled the vehicle.
Bartell and two juveniles were transported to Bingham Memorial Hospital.
Marcus Richcreek, 36, the front seat passenger, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Richfield man was partially ejected out of the passenger window.
All occupants were wearing their seatbelts, according to police reports.
Police are continuing this investigation.
