REXBURG — The City of Rexburg has been undergoing quite a few changes recently with a new Walmart, road construction and the recent opening of a Sonic restaurant.
Now, something else is coming: Panda Express Gourmet Chinese Food.
“They have done everything they need to with the city and have their permits,” Scott Johnson, the Director of Economic Development for Rexburg, told EastIdahoNews.com.
The new restaurant will be located in front of Walmart on 2nd East. Construction has not yet begun but the restaurant is expected to open toward the end of this year or early next year, according to Jenalyn Doherty, the assistant manager of the Ammon Panda Express.
