UPDATE 10:00 p.m.
The Bonneville County Sherriff’s Office says a commercial truck traveling eastbound on 97 south failed to stop at the stop sign at the intersections with 5th West. The commercial truck hit a north bound car.
Two patients from the car were transported to the hospital with nonlife-threatening injuries.
Bonneville county requested that Idaho State Police respond to inspect the truck.

BONNEVILLE COUNTY — Emergency crews are on the scene of a two car crash at the intersection of 97 South and 5th West.
At least one person has been taken to the hospital by ambulance with unknown injuries.
Investigators are working to determine what caused the crash and traffic is stopped going east on 97 south from 5th west.
