RIGBY — Despite a lower-than-average early voter turn-out — election officials in Jefferson County say more Rigby locals have been coming out to the polls than in previous presidential elections. Precincts in Rigby have had a steady flow of voters all day. We talked with many voters today and the majority of those we spoke to said they were sticking with the Republican Party.
