ST. ANTHONY — The driver of a truck who allegedly hit a juvenile on a sidewalk Tuesday night has been cited for failing to maintain his lane.
Skylar T. Maupin, 25, of St. Anthony, was driving a 2008 Chevy Silverado on Bridge Street around 5 p.m. when police say he left his lane of travel and continued onto a sidewalk. Maupin is then accused of hitting a utility pole and striking a male juvenile.
The boy was flown to Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center but has been released and is expected to be okay, according to Idaho State Police.
