RIGBY — Technical difficulties have shut down phone and internet services at the Jefferson County courthouse and shuttered its 911 dispatch center.

The Jefferson County Emergency Management Office reports all 911 calls from Jefferson County are currently being transferred to the Madison County dispatch center.
