Station talent from KFTZ-Z103, KLCE – Classy 97, KTHK – 105.5 & 105.9 The Hawk, KCVI – KBear 101, and KEIR – NewsTalk will be at Broulim’s in Rigby and Rexburg, Albertsons on 17th & Holmes in Idaho Falls and Albertsons on Benton St. in Pocatello from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. collecting food and personal hygiene items for food pantries up and down the valley.

“Last year we collected over 75 turkeys and 2,439 items just in Idaho Falls that were donated to the Salvation Army,” stated Jamie Prestwich, Promotion and Events Coordinator at Riverbend Communications. “These items helped hundreds of less fortunate friends and neighbors in our communities.”

Donations in Rigby will go to the Rigby Food Bank while donations in Rexburg will be donated to the Family Crisis Center. Pocatello and Idaho Falls donations will be given to the Salvation Army.
Keller Williams Realty East Idaho has graciously donated their trucks and trailers to collect the donations and is excited to be a part of this event.

Here is just a short list of items that can be donated: tuna, cereal, canned fruit and vegetables, boxed meals, pasta, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, baby formula and diapers.
Encourage your family and friends to get involved with this heartfelt, necessary event during this season of giving and help us help families in need.
