POCATELLO — Paul Brian Adamson was arrested on two counts of misdemeanor battery after beating several attendants at the Belmont Care Center in Pocatello over the weekend.
The Pocatello Police Department responded to the care facility at about 4:20 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 21.
Police spokeswoman Dianne Brush said Adamson, who was staying at the facility, became angry after attendants told him to stop playing PlayStation and take his turn working in the kitchen.
Attendants tried to calm Adamson, but he became further agitated and repeatedly punched two staff members in the face, according to police reports.
Adamson was arrested and booked into the Bannock County Jail. No bond had been set as of Monday, Nov. 23.
Both staff members declined medical services.
