IDAHO FALLS – Idaho Falls Police arrested a 23‐year‐old man Monday, Jan. 18, for drugs possession and a probation violation.
Police reporters show Jacob L. Stanton of Idaho Falls, was wanted on a bench warrant for failing to appear on a fine agreement hearing.
According to reports, officers made contact with Stanton in the 800 block of Rainier just prior to 6 p.m. As Lewis was being arrested for a warrant he was found in possession of drug paraphernalia, marijuana and methamphetamine. He was charged with felony and misdemeanor possession.
Stanton was booked into the Bonneville County Jail with a $6,500 bond.
