IDAHO FALLS — A man who hasn’t been seen in three days contacted EastIdahoNews.com the afternoon of Tuesday, Dec. 15 and said he is safe.
Cody Bambrough, 23, was last seen Friday around 5:00 p.m. Idaho Falls Police say he left his home to hang out with friends and never returned.
A missing person’s alert was posted on the Idaho Falls Police Facebook page around 11:00 a.m. Tuesday.
EastIdahoNews.com received a Facebook message from Bambrough Tuesday afternoon. He tells us he went camping and lost cell phone service.
We contacted Bambrough’s family and detectives with the Idaho Falls Police Department to inform them of the message.
Several family members confirmed to EastIdahoNews.com that they have made contact with Bambrough and thank everyone for their support.
Idaho Falls Police spokeswoman Joelyn Hansen also confirmed Bambrough is no longer considered missing.
