AMMON — A 21-year-old male received minor injuries but was not taken to the hospital after his cattle hauler truck rolled on Sunnyside Road in Bonneville County Friday morning.
The man, whose name has not been released, rolled the truck after hitting an icy patch coming down a hill at about 11 a.m., according to Bonneville County Sheriff deputies on the scene.
The man’s employer, who was driving in front of the truck, broke a hole in the windshield to pull the man out, because the vehicle was leaking diesel fuel. The men were concerned the truck would catch fire.
The Idaho Falls Fire Department took care of the fuel spill.
